The Far-Eastern Research Institute of Market Economy affiliated to the Russian Federation Ministry of Economic Development and Trade is a state institution.

" DalNII rinka" is a Russian abbreviation for this institution.

Being a juridical person it acts as a non-profit research structure with a balance of payments, properties and a bank account of its own. This Institute mainly follows up market transformations and, through its scientific recommendations, supports efforts of the state to set up smoothly running actors under market relations.In doing so, the Institute takes into consideration special features of the Russian Far East as far as natural, economic and social conditions are concerned.
